Canadian authorities are investigating three men, suspected in a shooting, as a result of which, at a minimum, 12 people suffered in a café in Toronto.
According to police information, the shooting occurred on a lively street in the neighborhood. Witnesses reported that the men began shooting from a car, then fled the scene. The injured were taken to the hospital, and their condition has not been specified.
In connection with this incident, police have increased security measures in the area of the incident and are calling on witnesses to provide any information that may assist in the investigation.
"We are seriously concerned about such incidents and are applying all efforts to ensure that suspects are apprehended and held accountable," stated a police representative.
