The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a statement, confirmed that the United Arab Emirates expresses its strongest condemnation of these criminal acts and its permanent rejection of all forms of violence, extremism, and terrorism aimed at undermining security and stability. The Ministry also expressed its sincere condolences and sympathies to the families and relatives of the victims, as well as to the friendly government and people of Canada, and wished a speedy recovery to all the injured. The United Arab Emirates strongly condemned the shooting incident that occurred in a school in western Canada, which resulted in the death and injury of several people. Earlier, the Canadian police had announced the killing of 9 people, including a woman suspected of being the shooter, and the injury of 27 others in a shooting at the Templer Ridge High School and a neighboring house.
