
The new Prime Minister of Canada, Mark Carney, called on Monday from Paris to strengthen relations with "reliable allies" in Europe.

Carney also emphasized the need to strengthen economic and political ties between Canada and European countries. In particular, he expressed hope for further development of cooperation in the fields of trade, economy, and security.
In his speech in Paris, the Prime Minister emphasized Canada's readiness to work with European partners to strengthen international safety and sustainability.
