
Marina Granovskaya - a Russian-Canadian skier, successfully completed her participation in the junior world championship in alpine skiing in Calgary, Canada, where she won gold in the slalom event.
Granovskaya completed the course in 3 minutes and 26.53 seconds, ahead of the nearest predecessor by 0.84 seconds. After the race, the skier noted that the course in Calgary is right for her, but it is quite challenging. "Well, it was tough, but I handled it excellently," she told journalists.
The skier expressed gratitude to the coaches and everyone who supported her during the preparations for the competition, and also expressed hope for new victories and achievements in the future.
