Ottawa police arrested the same driver three times within a single week. The first arrest occurred on March 6 at approximately 3:30 AM at the intersection of Woodroffe and Stranderde Streets. He was charged with driving with a suspended license. Police stated he was driving someone else's vehicle, as his own car had been previously impounded. The very next day, around 10:00 PM, the same driver was stopped again at the intersection of Longfields and Paul Mentifer Streets. On March 13, he was arrested for a third time at approximately 1:00 AM at the intersection of Woodroffe and Midland Streets. This time, he was charged with speeding, as he was recorded driving at 91 km/h in a 60 km/h zone. In total, he faces charges of impaired driving, drug possession, speeding, and driving with a suspended license. Police impounded the vehicle, and the driver was held until his court appearance. Police also reported that he had struck a tree.
